September Equals Free Festivals, Fireworks, First Day of School and Football in St. Louis

Last day of summer...

Down to Art Hill to listen to the St. Louis Symphony and see some fireworks! By far the best evening of the summer!

Great Balloon Race= NO hot air balloons + 90 degree weather
At least they had sheep we could have seen at Purina Farms...

Cal and Travis learning about how not to wear kilts at the St. Charles Irish Fest

First Day of School at the Magic House!!!

Cal kept saying: "No school, just Magic House."

My little Picasso

Back to St. Charles for Oktoberbest
Calvin was absolutely THRILLED to see each and every Cadillac and fire truck that went by during the parade.

These children LOVE to bounce!

First and only day for cold weather clothes!

Cal recreating the "uh oh, airplanes falling" by the Arch on the 4th of July

Off to Wash U for a football game (I hear their Law School is worth moving from DC for. Wink! Wink!)

My little patriot during the "Star Spangled Banner"

So far, this is the most fascinating, terrifying and hysterical thing in the whole world to my little Calvin.

And of course, no month in St. Louis is complete without a trip to the Zoo. This time, Cal was drawn to the "dead" monkey's bottom.

Natalie Kay LOVES playing in the kitchen!

Swinging away...

I'm 6 Months Old!

Mr. Blahnik, thank you for my first kicks!

Labor Day was labor free this year for the Moores. So what did we do? Go to Florida, of course! I should also mention that Travis had an interview while we were down there. Anyway, here are some pictures of us in the Gulf:

No oil here!
Aaargh!

Sunglasses are the new teething toy!

Cal finding out that the surfs up, dude...

Father-daughter walk along the beach at sunset

Both children absolutely LOVED the beach- just like their mama!

While the boys were busy looking for crabs and sharks, Natalie and I read magazines in the shade.

Though back in St. Louis, Florida isn't far after all...

Once home Natalie Kay got her very 1st meal.
Delicious!

Baby Girl's 1st lipstick, keys and phone- the essentials!

Little Miss Sass!

More of Cal reliving his infancy...
