Wrapping up 2011!

Oh my! Lots to catch up on... What's the big thing that's been going on here that could cause such a delay?!? Another Moore! We are excited and thankful to the Lord that Baby #3 is on the way, due July 1st! Here's a video of us telling the kids...

Back to our autumn...

Halloween at Purina Farms

Here are some pictures from our weekend at Trout Lodge...
Making Christmas ornaments in the craft room

We were very busy with lots of mini golf!

We ended our weekend with a hayride to the pumpkin patch and Cal's first pony ride. Can't wait to go back!

Halloween
Nana and Gramps, thanks for the fighter pilot jacket! I don't know if Natalie would be very grateful for her poorly made mermaid costume :/ At least I tried!

Cal's joke this year was a little more complex than last year's "Knock knock... boo!" This year it was: "Why do sharks swim in salt water? Because pepper water would make them sneeze!"
Daddy teaching Cal to sort through his candy!

Natalie practicing being a big sis on baby Teddy

So cool!

Fall Saturday morning in the Gardens

Little break in the Climatron to warm up!

One of the perks of Travis's job this year was four free tickets to Disney. My parents flew down with us and we met my sister and niece down there.
Here's Cal planning out our day at Magic Kingdom.

On the train and Cal still can't look up from the map

Fun character lunch with Winnie the Pooh and company!
Cessi was happy to go along with Tigger's jokes; Cal pretended like he didn't exist.

Again, totally unimpressed!

I, on the other hand, felt very special to have Winnie the Pooh wish me a happy birthday and hand me a special card with the whole gang's signatures!

Cousins waiting in line for Snow White's Scary Adventure... How did all of the adults overlook "scary"?!?! The short line should have warned us! Not a very wise ride to start with!

Here's a shot of our official meeting with Mickey and Minnie. Meanwhile the boys were busy racing cars, conquering Thunder Mountain and doing other rides beyond our capabilities.

Night out at Downtown Disney

Aren't they cute?

Look again- those are all legos at Legoland!

Of all the Disney souvenirs to choose from, Cal insisted on a tube of dinosaurs from the dinosaur restaurant's gift shop.

Fun break from the parks on the playground at the hotel!

Our start at Sea World with a very sick Calvin :(

It was a struggle, but we still had a blast.

Every now and again Cal would forget he was sick and have a little fun.

Meemaw and Natalie watching sharks while we waited for our table at the shark restaurant
I think Nellie had had enough of sharks and dark aquariums by this point!

Can't wait to do it all again without morning sickness and the stomach flu!

Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving started out downtown for the parade. We may have caught onto a fun tradition!

The day ended at Meemaw and Mac's house in Cal and Nellie's favorite spot.

Transportation Museum with Cal's best buds

Sweet Cal stalling at bedtime

First time Cal ever hollered for me to get my camera! Good idea, Cal!

Though not their most photogenic picture, this really captures my little ones and their sweet friendship.

1st Christmas Cal can finally do the puzzle. Thanks Nana and Gramps!

Merry Christmas!

September and October

We've been busy around here, so it's catch up time!

Too cool for school Nellie!

How cute to find the boys cleaning the cars in the rain!

Lice in the nursery?!?! Action: strip the children in the yard until I'm convinced they're lice free!

Fun at the Art Fair!

Nellie and I love our mornings at the playground while Cal's at school!

Cute little couple at Oktoberfest

Little Princess donning her new accessories from the Oktoberfest parade

Enjoying one of the last warm evenings at the Boathouse

Picking out pumpkins at the Best of Missouri!

Easy tiger!

Fun playgroup outing to the Science Center

Is that the Ponte Vecchio in the background?!

It's Lake Las Vegas's Ponte Vecchio! We had the fun of traveling there for Travis's cousin's wedding.

We also got to meet our nephew Everett! This one was taken past Natalie's bedtime, but is sadly the only picture I took.

Travis and Gramcracker partying it up at the reception!

Sweet brother showing little Sis around the hotel

Here's the gang rushing through Mandalay Bay's Aquarium before we caught our flight. Thanks Nana & Gramps!

Back in St. Louis, the guys had to get serious about Cardinals baseball!

This one was taken after Travis figured out how to flip the screen so they could see their faces.

Next game was a little more fun since they got to go with Mac! Thanks for the tickets!

Fun playgroup at Rombachs

Only a grandmother delights to play with her sick grandbabies! Thanks for the morning out Meemaw!

Those who know me well know that I LOVE birthdays! Here we are celebrating Cal's half-birthday. The child was elated and I am on my way to making him a birthday fanatic too!

So glad for my fun morning with my sweet friend Kristin and her little boy!

Halloween, Trout Lodge and more to come!
